WILLS ON WHEELS
We understand that life can get in the way of getting your Will and/or Powers of Attorney done.
For most people, it’s an important task that keeps dropping down the priority list. At Olivetree Legal, although we can meet via videoconference, we understand that this doesn’t work for everyone – and sometimes it’s just nicer to have these conversations in person.
Our Wills on Wheels service is available to assist all those people who know it’s a priority, but can’t make it to us. This may be because you are in hospital or a retirement village, or you need an after hours appointment when the kids are in bed. Whatever the reason, we’re here to help. The Wills on Wheels service is available anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula (from Langwarrin/Cranbourne to Portsea).
There is a fixed meeting fee of $440 including GST (and travel). This is payable at the time of the meeting, or prior by arrangement with our office.
